On Monday’s episode of Funnybooks, you’ll hear Wayne and I have differing opinions on the effectiveness of the new MAN OF STEEL trailer. I feel that, while pretty to look at, it’s ineffective as a teaser. Especially since most folks’ issue with the last entry, Superman Returns, was its lack of action. This teaser does nothing to show that MAN OF STEEL will be anything different. Still, what say you? Does this get you hyped for the return of Supes to the big screen? There are two versions – US and International.

I try to keep in mind that the teasers for the Dark Knight and Dark Knight Rises were also kinda lame. But I think Superman is a harder sell than Batman. Here’s hoping future trailers will bring audiences in.
